To request a black (refuse), blue (recycling), or green (garden waste) bin, please call the Environment Contact Centre on 01642 726001.
Replacement bins
If your refuse bin has gone missing or been stolen, we'll charge you £16.75 for a replacement.
Additional bins
- You can only have one black refuse bin per property, and you can't request any more
- You can request a second blue lid recycling bin, but we'll do an assessment to see if it's necessary
- You can request additional green waste recycling bins; the second bin is free, but you'd be charged for a third or fourth bin
