Adult social care comments and complaints

We make every effort to provide you with high quality services that meet your needs. We encourage any compliments, comments, or complaints, as they help us to improve our services.

If you're not satisfied with the service you've received from us, we hope that first you'll talk to the member of staff concerned, or their manager. This may quickly get the problem resolved to everyone's satisfaction. 

If you'd like to make a complaint regarding a care home, a personal care agency, or an enablement and support agency, please contact them directly.

How to make a complaint

If you feel that speaking to the staff member or their manager hasn't solved the problem, we have a formal complaints procedure.

You can make a complaint by using the online form. The form can also be used to pay a compliment, or give us any other comments.
