The Community Hub at Berwick Hills is located within the Berwick Hills Centre. It is made up of the Neptune Centre, Joe Walton's Community Centre and Neptune Centre Library. The Community Hub at Berwick Hills provides the following:

- Information on local public services
- Free access to the internet and Wi-Fi
- Early years and youth services, activities and support
- Photocopying and printing services
- Work clubs
- Employment support
