How to get in touch with Early Help

If you have a problem or a question, you can talk to us by calling 01642 726004. You'll get to speak to someone who will ask you what you'd like to talk about, then they'll find the right team for you to speak to. You can also email us at MiddlesbroughMACH@middlesbrough.gov.uk.

You can also ask someone like your health visitor or child's teacher to put us in touch with you.

The staff in our Children's Centres and Community Hubs will be able to tell you about groups and sessions you can go to, which can help with family life. There's always lots going on, from parent and baby classes to people helping to sort out your benefits.

Child abuse

Are you worried that a child you know is being abused or neglected?  Find out how to tell us about child abuse.

If you're a professional who's worried about a child, you can find out how to make a safeguarding referral.
